The topic that I am specializing in is the field of Industrial Organizational Psychology. I have always been intrigued with the scientific study of the human behavior and psychological theories that are main components within the workplace. I like to focus on the structure of the business and the managerial issues of development. I have been in a variety of fields that range from restaurant management, agricultural business, sales, and marketing, just to name a few. In every different field that I have experienced, I became intrigued with the many different style of management, structures and overall inner workings of what the business actually provides in terms of their employees. The three topics that I have chosen are listed below.

Hypothesis 2: Managers that give more privileges and power to employees are less likely to be stressful.
Question: What changes can this bring to employee training and job responsibilities if more employees are given privileges and power?

Public sector and the non-profit organizations are facing challenges and struggles with an increasingly competitive economic environment. With the limited resources and increasing needs of demands and services, the only way to strive and succeed during economical changes is to adapt to the needs of this rapidly changing environment. Managers and leaders do not possess the administrative efficiency, accountability and the entrepreneurial experience to currently to run the business allowing opportunity for growth.
Hypothesis 1: There will be no significant relationship in the leadership styles of non-profit executives and their preferred decision-making
