The 2 company’s websites that are my competitors are Service Masters and Wilson Lawn Care. These 2 landscaping services has been in business around 10 years. The success of the business is being consistent. People tend to look at the landscaping industry as a summer or seasonal business. Landscaping is a year-round business. Most of the lawn care is affected by using chemicals in the off season or fall or spring time of the year. To understand this industry, you need to what to do and when to do it. Service Master is a major company in the landscaping industry. The company has a solid track record in the industry. The company has been able to capitalize on some of the research and development applied by the industry leader Service Master. This company has some of the same problems that O’Wallace Landscaping Company has. The major problem is the equipment and the chemicals cost more, because they don’t purchase with same volume that the industry leader does. O’Wallace Landscaping Company website is not as eye catching as Service Master. My prices are not as competitive as the industry leader. My equipment is not the top of the industrial line. The wear and tear is more obvious on my equipment. The cheaper equipment doesn’t last as long as the top of the line equipment. O’Wallace does not have the capital to replace worn out equipment. I must use and service the equipment until it can’t be repaired anymore. The website of Monsanto’s is the leader in the lawn care chemical industry. The website is very effective, because all of your chemical needs can be met at this company. The company specialize in chemical that are important in the lawn care industry. Any large organization will cater to high volume
