LGBTQI has turned into a broadly acknowledged concept for minorities in terms of sexual and gender orientation. LGBTQI, a social minority community, are experiencing different types of financial and social discrimination. The lacks of social recognition has an effect on the capacity of LGBTQIs to fully access and enjoy their rights as citizens. They are more likely to experience intolerance, discrimination, harassment, and the threat of violence due to their sexual orientation, than those that identify themselves as heterosexual. This is because of homophobia. In a few nations, homosexuality is illegal and justified of fines, detainment, life imprisonment. In the work place, a greater fraction of LGBTQI individuals keep on concealing their sexual orientation or to continue frustration out of fear of losing their job. Especially helpless are youth LGBTQI individuals who experience separation from family and kinship systems, harassment at school and invisibility, which can lead at times to underachievement at school, school drop-out, mental illness and homelessness.
