I find that there’s no better quote to describe the law of gratitude as the giver, then the one formulated by his holiness the 14th Dalia Lama, which goes, “as you breathe in, cherish in, cherish yourself. As you breathe out, cherish all beings.” This statement comes to confirm what we were saying earlier, which is that whatever you receive needs to be a way to be grateful about your personal life, and whenever you give out (described as breath out here), should be a way to celebrate the world around you.
