Kayla is a 24yo, G3 P1011, who was seen for a follow-up ultrasound assessment. The patient has chronic HTN but has not been on any medication. She has had some borderline elevated BP’s over the past couple of weeks. Her BP today when she arrived was 143/81 and 5 minutes later was 137/86. Her urine evaluation is negative for protein. She did have labwork performed revealing a creatinine of .58, uric acid of 6.2, with normal liver enzymes and a platelet count of 232,000. Her 24-hr urine was also normal at 200. By dates, she is 38 2/7 weeks and the amniotic fluid volume is normal with an AFI of 8.8 cm. The BPP and Doppler studies are reassuring. She has an appointment in your office in the next 2-3 days but I will discuss her phone.

The author, Katherine Ramsland, is a forensic psychologist that teaches criminal justice. The purpose of this article is to answer the question of ‘how and why’ a human could have so much anger towards another person. Anthony Meoli holds a BS in criminal justice from Penn State University, a MA in forensic psychology from Argosy University, and a JD from John Marshall Law School. He was interviewed while I was reading this article and answered questions based off of why he was launching this project. According to Broderick and Blewitt (2015) Angela and Adam live in the home with Angela’s mother, Sarah. Angela’s relationship with her own mother is described as a bit dysfunctional as Sarah is reported to continue to be angry with Angela for becoming pregnant in the first place. Sarah’s anger has caused her to deny Adam’s father the ability to come to the home and play an active role in Adam’s life, therefore putting more of a strain on Angela who has already had to drop out of high school in attempt to take care of Adam on her own. Chloe Valentine lived in Ingle Farm with her mother Ashlee Polkinghorne, 23 and her mother’s partner Benjamin McPartland, 28 . Together they thought it was a good joke to force Chloe to drive a motorbike three times her weight . The motorbike was a 50cc dirt bike of 50kg while Chloe only weighed 17kg . Chloe’s estimated speed on the motorbike while driving was 40km/hr . During this time she became unconscious after falling off the motorbike numerous times and was only submitted into the Women’s and Children’s Hospital eight hours and a half after the incident . Shortly after submitting Chloe into hospital, Ashlee Polkinghorne had left and Chloe valentine died on January 20th 2012 .
The issues involved in Kevin’s case starts with his family values. Kevin seems to thrive on the attention he’s getting from his peers during school. The problem is its negative attention because it’s encouraging him to engage in negative behaviors during class. She is 10 4/7 weeks by dates and the crown-rump length measurement is concordant. The nuchal translucency measurement is thickened at 3.1 mm and the fetal heart rate is unusual, in that it runs at about 70 bpm but there are episodes of bigeminy with it. Mr. Porter is a 54-year-old gentleman with severe vascular disease who was probable hypertensive nephropathy. His creatinine was 1.9 in 2009, 2.1 in 2011, 2.0 in 2012, 2.4 in 2013, and in 12/2016 it was still 2.4. Unfortunately, in association with a foot wound and vancomycin and Zosyn infusion that he has had this month his creatinine is now up to 3.7. Other labs: Past renal ultrasound unremarkable. Microalbumin to creatinine ratio elevated at 440. No urine protein on dipstick. ANA negative. A 06/2015 ultrasound negative. My daughter’s name is Peyton Lynn Hetherington. Peyton had a normal birth. Labor was about ten hours long, and given naturally. A natural birth is a group of techniques aimed at reducing pain and medical intervention and making childbirth as rewarding as possible (Harris, Sara). I am proud that my "team" could make use of the natural childbirth breathing and relaxation techniques. My partner and myself were amazed at our angel Peyton. My partner and I are adapting well thus far with the new addition to our family. We are taking turns with Peyton and my partner has been very helpful.
There is a problem I have with Katie Nolan, and the problem isn't Katie Nolan. The issue with her is that she is young and attractive. You see, on Twitter and through conversations with friends I have told people I am a fan of Katie Nolan and her work. And I get the same answer almost every time. "Yeah but are you really?" Or "yeah but it's just because she's good looking, right?" Of course it's not. A few months ago while re-listening to some old Jay and Dan podcasts I stumbled across the episode with Nolan. She was funny, personable and clicked amazingly with Jay and Dan (let's hope for some more from the three of them in the future). Not knowing who she was I found myself at her YouTube channel where I began to watch some of her more popular videos.
Between five different frames displayed in the gallery, as I walked down the aisle, this artwork caught my attention. Just looking at this artwork, I could easily tell that it was broken body parts flowing all across the space, colors are nearly identical, and gold wrap surrounded as a frame of the artwork, as well as a light bulb falling next to a dolphin shaped element. Once I got closer to the artwork, I started to think deeply into what I can see in a connection of what I identified by looking. The artist Kayla Daniels used different unrelated elements in her artwork to make the viewer see the artwork deeply rather than looking at it. As I saw this artwork deeply I began to think that there is meaning behind the broken body parts flowing around with different elements, which could describe a certain experience the artist had gone through. After a minute of observing, I could see that the artist used the method of movement to show that the floating body parts and elements were falling into a different world or space
The primary diagnosis for Amanda Anderson is separation anxiety disorder (SAD) with a co-morbidity of school phobia. Separation anxiety disorder is commonly the precursor to school phobia, which is “one of the two most common anxiety disorders to occur during childhood, and is found in about 4% to 10% of all children” (Mash & Wolfe, 2010, p. 198). Amanda is a seven-year-old girl and her anxiety significantly affects her social life. Based on the case study, Amanda’s father informs the therapist that Amanda is extremely dependent on her mother and she is unenthusiastic when separated from her mother. Amanda was sitting on her mother’s lap when the therapist walked in the room to take Amanda in her office for an interview (Morgan, 1999, p. 1).
