In this group project we will discuss the eating habits of the Jewish Community around the world. Kashrut as a lifestyle encloses the way the food is eaten, how its prepared and how the utensils are used in daily basis. Kashrut or Kosher dietary laws comes from the old testament specifically from the Leviticus book, even though some other passages might be discussed as well in the book of Deuteromy which is another book from the old testament. These books are mainly dedicated to teach Jewish people the way food should be eaten.
The exact meaning of Kashrut is: Correct, the proper way and Jewish dietary laws are followed all year long not only on special occasions.

All the conditions previously mentioned are highly correlated to hyperinsulinemia or Insulin resistance group. Also cancer specially in female patients with a high mortality rate still been studied to find out it’s correlation to genetics or to the Omega 6 fatty acids
Research conducted by the Israeli Agricultural Department, still trying to define if this diet high on Omega 6 and its addition to be a substrate for lipid peroxidation has long term side effects with possible leads to hyperinsulinemia, atherosclerosis and tumorigenesis but currently still in progress.
