Recommended: Leadership meaning

Define the word leadership can be a perplexing endeavor, due to the varying context that the term leadership can be associated with. This is especially difficult when trying to put it in your own words. To me, leadership, or one who is placed in a leadership role, is one who leads by example, and does not refrain from making and owning decisions regardless of results or consequence. Further, leadership traits are inherent, and cannot be learned; either you have them or you don’t.
