He made the 5 year plan to make Russia successful and bring back the economy. He wanted success and knew how to make it happen. He needed to make the 5 year plan to take control over Russia. Joseph stalin was the reason for russia success and all their accomplishments. Most of stalin's success was based on industrialization. It led to success in the growth in industrial production. It increased russian involvement in the global market. The improvements in production had a large impact during the 1930s. It had a huge impact on the economy and made russia big again. By doing what he said and achieving the goals he set he continued as ruler. He did have some problems but people seen him as a success because he saved russia to an extent. He was able to show his power and how important he is to the people. And that his plans for the future would be very successful. Another one of his main goals was to get rid of capitalism and bring communism. He gained full control of the ussr and made sure there would be nobody against it. He did this so he can catch up with other countries since they were 50 years behind other countries. Stalin also wanted to make sure his military was good to pose as a threat to other countries. And this all was possible by the 5 year plan stalin made. It made more advanced military equipment and caught up with the other countries. Stalin turned the ussr into a powerful country.
