Recommended: Relationship between God and mankind

The purpose of life is found in our relationship with God and others during this lifetime. In addition, the work of the Body of Christ is to inspire people to live a life pleasing to God and become disciples. The primary way to initiate, develop, and maintain this work is through witnessing, compassion, and love, which is the biblical preceding work of the ministry. Therefore, this paper will show how bearing witness, showing love and compassion makes a difference in the twenty-first century. Jesus Christ is the central of love and compassion throughout God’s ministry. His initial love was shown when he sacrificed is his life for all humanity, (Jn. 3:16, EVS). The Body of Christ, then, is a body of believers with Jesus Christ as the head. The Body cannot live without the head. The head determines the direction and destiny of each believer’s life. It gives life, power, and the ability to function at its commands. More importantly, it shows believers how to love. An old saying once said, “Love is, what love does” indicating love cause people to sacrifice and bear one another cross. It is primarily the basis of one’s action concerning others.
People must be at a level of maturity to portray the love God wants towards others, (Heb.5:12-6:1, ESV). As the Body of Christ, one’s work should be done through love and in love for the kingdom of God. Love and compassion were displayed everywhere the Son of Man journeyed in His ministry to others. The Bible records many illustrations of love at work. The Greatest Commandment is an example in Scripture, it exemplifies loving God with one’s heart, body, and soul, and loving other as oneself (Matthew 22:37, 39, EVS). It is important to have a well-thought out training plan in place before training. Every method of training should be handled with prayer and professionalism. Furthermore, training helps people to become acquainted with other co-laborers, the purpose, and the ministry project more efficiently. Training will also help with the grade level of understanding of what is to be expected. It also can be a tool needed for future reference of self-employment or a non-profit organization. Training can help to recognize those committed and non-committed to the success and development of the task.
