It starts from the womb, children who come from an affluence family gets to enjoy health care environmental and educational advantages while the non-affluence struggles to survive. “Woodrow Wilson’s recommendation that liberal meaning rich people should get a better education and that other people meaning poor do not need a good education because they will get meaningless jobs”.
