Throughout my life, I went to many places, whether it is from traveling to the different

country or the states, but the journey that stood out the most was my trip to India. For me, this

trip stood out because I traveled out of the country. My experience in India was something that I

will never forget because it teaches me the reality of the world we are living in, opening my eye

to how big the world is. This journey started ten years ago when I was just eight years old when I

was going to India the second time, the first being when I was just two years old. I was coming

back from school, overhearing the conversation my mother had with someone on the phone. At

the moment, I did not have an idea of what was going on, so I …show more content…

I was overjoyed because the last time I went

there I was only two years old. So, I did not remember a lot of what happened when I was in

India. A week later, it was the beginning of Christmas break and me, my sister and mother were

packing to go to India. Then, we went to the airport and took the international flight to India, and

this is where my adventure has begun.

A couple of days have passed, and we arrived at the India airport, I was happy that long flight

so different because this is not how the life in Atlanta is like, the expectation in India is shown to

be different than Atlanta. The life in India was a little different when I went to the area where my

grandmother lived because the kids were able to go anywhere they want and the parents would

be too busy. At the moment I did not realize what was going on. Instead, I was to focus on going

to places popular in India.

The next day, I took a tour to Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Gujarat, which is a state in

India. First, we went to Ahmedabad a famous city in Gujarat, where my family comes. There I

went to Gujarat zoo, it had many different types of animal, that the Atlanta zoo does not have.

During, my time at the zoo I was able to meet with many animals, and we took many photos with

animals. The zoo in Gujarat had many varieties of animals that we did not have at the
