Can you imagine that you sit among your colleagues and you have to work with people who cannot speak the same language as you or people who speak the same language but it is different accent and you cannot understand? What do you do? How can you communicate with them? I faced difficult time to communicate with my boss and my college because we are from different culture background and language. Although we speak the same language, it has different accent and level of language. These might cause misunderstanding and lead to have conflict in workplace. So communication in workplace is important to engage worker to do their jobs. The communication starts with senders decide to send a message to receivers. The senders have to choose what messages and which channel they want to send to receivers. The message should clearly and easy to understand for the receivers. Moreover, the way those senders choose to express their message should suit for the receivers. After the receivers got the messages, they will send feedback to senders to express that they already know what the messages are. If the senders and receivers can communicate smoothly, they can earn effectively communication. However, during the communication process, there are many barriers to communicate between senders and receives and lead them misunderstand the messages. It is difficult to notice what other workers act. The senders have to expression skill to show what the message they want to communicate.
