If I had been asked what I was thankful for last year, I probably wouldn’t have been able to come up with anything, however this year many things that changed for me. At the beginning of this year the medication that I had been prescribed had started working, and that was a big change for me. I started becoming less anxious and depressed and more social. As a result, in the improvement of my mood I was able to sign up for and attend the Supported Education program. I am very thankful to have been prescribed this medication, because it has helped to achieve so many things that I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to accomplish. I am also very thankful for my family who has always been there for me and supported me during all

In my life, I have many things to be thankful for. For example, I have my dad, who has spent nearly my entire life raising me and my sister by himself after my mother’s passing away. It’s such a routine thing at this point to expect certain things from him, but it’s important that I stop to think about how important it is for him to do what he has done and is doing for me.
