Lizzie’s Ice Cream demonstrates various forms of leadership throughout its company. After speaking with the owner/manager of the Waltham location, our group was able to delve into this aspect of the company. The concept of leadership has been a widely discussed term across the world for many years. It was not until recently that a confirmed definition of the word was mutually agreed upon. The McFlurry is a blended, soft, ice cream dessert with the customer’s choice of candy pieces like Oreos or M&M’s. McDonald’s also has the sundae. n my opinion, the best part of an Oreo cookie is not the filling. Everyone notices the dark, chocolatey outside first, but they claim the real good stuff is the sugary, delicious, white inside. To me, I like them both together (with a tall glass of milk for dipping, of course!). Maybe it is because I can relate to those little Oreo cookies. Maybe it is because I am mixed, black and white, and get the best, and worst, of both sides. Maybe it is because I feel like people look at me as “white” because they claim that is how I act, or maybe it is because I feel my black side is ignored or seen as inferior to my white side. Maybe it is because I could never pick a favorite side.
Heaven is a huge topic today that a lot of people talk about and it is very argumentative. Some people believe it is true, but others do not. The universe we now live in, is said to be only temporary. There was this time where, "God created the universe in six days... God created the universe, the earth, and life on it" (Deem, Rich). After those six days, God came in peace and gave us the choice to come live with him for eternity, but on the eighth day the universe is totally different. Everything that we have now changes entirely and will no longer be existing. There will be no heat, no sun or moon, the lack of gravity, no marriage, and no water cycle. If you want a relationship with Jesus Christ, you need to believe in him and accept him. If you want to raise your faith for Jesus Christ, you should read the bible to help (Deem, Rich). Imagine that you walk into a cafeteria and you see children in line to buy lunch. The lunch is burnt and cold. You see the kids who bought lunch sit down and start asking people for food, they say no. At the end of the lunch period the kids lunch trays still have all the food on them. The children are starving and a lot of food was wasted. You don’t want that right? I believe that our school should get a new lunch menu because many students do not like the food served, there are not many options, and there are many problems with the food.
