• What is a challenge to reporting to more than one manager in a matrix organization? What might be a benefit?
The main challenge of a Matrix Organization is to keep the stability between product management and department management. The employees, in this kind of organizations, are expected to respond to two lines of management. Taking directions from two sources may lead to opposing directions, and consequently, lead to disputes among management teams. The primary benefit of the two lines of management is the higher efficiency; In this kind of organization formal and informal communication are very high, and technical issues are fixed quicker as well as customers demands.
• What do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of being employed by a boundary-less organization?

What is the greatest benefit?
Learning organizations for their nature must invest so much in new projects to acquire knowledge. I think that these are the riskiest yet revolutionary companies in the market. They are very risky because new projects need a lot of money to be sustained, and no one knows if the project will succeed or not. They are the most revolutionary too because the most significant inventions or the greatest products always need a little bit of madness and faith to be conceived. The most notable benefits of these companies are the capacity to adapt to the changing environment and the high potential they have.
• Which kind of organization would you like to work for? Why?
I really reflected much on this question because I think the answer is not immediate. I would exclude the matrix model because of its ambiguity between the lines of management, and I believe that this model is not suitable for the changing environment we live
