Soccer is my favorite sport because it is not just to have fun, it also benefits you healthily. There are several reasons why I like this sport. And three of the most important benefits for me are running to a healthy weight, it teaches teamwork skills and it’s a workout for the brain. These reasons are a good way to encourage you to try soccer and focus on your health. Many of you think it's weird to think of soccer as a workout, how do you think the soccer players' bodies get toned?, once you try it at least three times a week the results will show faster than expected.
Now days, children are obese and most of our adult population, according to National Health And Nutrition Surveys, "17% of children are obese due to fast food and no exercise," in result, schools have decided to practice different types of fun sport games that include the run for a healthy weight. One of them is soccer, which is life for much people, soccer helps people burn hundreds of calories per game, which includes a lot of running. Well soccer is one easy way to do those types of workouts. Soccer is a fast sport, so your brain gets trained to move faster and be agile. It also helps your brain so you can multitask, like at the time your head helps you move the ball, it is also making new strategies and courses of action that you might do after. It's easy to train your brain by setting goals to yourself, think about those goal frequently and also visualize yourself achieving them. Another easy way you brain trains is by positive thinking, strive for perfection but realize that mistakes are always acceptable, because everyone on this world makes them.
