How Many People Will Create A Chain Of Taking Responsibility

With multiple people being in a chain of responsibility, taking action of what is needed to be fixed, will create a chain of motivation for others to do the same. Having more responsibility, when conflicts arise you will have more solutions because you were able to branch out with that responsibility and learn new things. A lack of responsibility will lead to laziness, not having the drive to do something creates a sense of unwillingness and gives you less energy. Such as the two boys on the Grapevine who would goof off and not do their work. It let the entire group down and they needed to work harder to get the paper out.
Also, it could be extremely advantageous to different communities for solving issues. If more people are to join services for the community and work together then more solutions could be provided from a variety of people. It would help everyone come to a consensus because you’d have more ideas to pick from. This is like how so many people were involved in The Wave, so there were more people you could go to because everyone was united instead of being their own, separate, unique individual. Not all people can agree with the statements above. Not everyone believes that taking responsibility will help society as much as working by themselves. Some believe that not taking responsibility will help stress levels go down. We all know those people in school who don’t so their work or make bad grades. Think about how relaxed they are, almost as if there’s no stress or worries on them. Not taking responsibility also allows more time for other commitments that could help you in the future. I personally have gone through this because I had a major math project but was confused and had lots of band activities happening so I just turned it in a day late and took a lot of stress off my
