Is tax-funded education inherently bureaucratic? Determining whether or not public education is bureaucratic, is a difficult subject; and certainly, there are defenders on both sides of the argument. In order to classify it as one thing or the other, we must fully understand the two possible systems of economic management, namely market guided or bureaucratic management.
