“History will be kind to me, for I intend to write it.” Winston churchill was indeed a great writer of history by inspiring many to make a change. Throughout his young life he witnessed many events that helped him become a good leader, and also helped him to set important goals that impacted many lives. Even after his death in 1965, he continued to inspire social changes through his writing and words that helped so many during one of the world’s devastating wars. One of the most obvious goals of Winston Churchill’s was to stop the Nazis and Hitler from winning World War 2. He did this by not only military actions, but also by,”Amassing and organizing huge quantities of information; and also communicating it with an air of excitement and vitality ( Overview of Winston (Leonard Spencer) Churchill)." This is one way Churchill could achieve his goals; by speaking and making people listen. But before he could achieve his overall goal he also had to encourage and strengthen his nation to prepare them for the war.
