Imagine, you wanted to go to Europe for a family vacation but it would take months to get there by boat. You would have to take a two month journey and many during those two months would get sick and die. But that doesn’t have to happen because now with airplanes that vacation is just hours away, airplanes have greatly changed the way we travel, go to war, and do business. First off the invention of the airplane has made what wouldve once been month long journeys now just a few hours. It says on quora.com "It makes the travel part of emigration across oceans a short flight, instead of a month's long voyage on a ship" Also during these voyages many would become deathly ill and some would die. Also according to quora.com "It makes a trip to the other side of the world (and back) a realistic vacation within the reach of many ordinary people, instead of something reserved for the ultrawealthy with yachts and no jobs. So with the invention of airplanes now ordinary people could see the world, rather then just the rich and kings. But this is not the only thing that airplanes greatly impacted, airplanes completely changed the way we will forever go to war. …show more content…
