Health promotion is an over all well being of an individual not only include physical strength or absence of disease. It is the process of enabling people to increase control over, and to improve, their health. It moves beyond a focus on individual behaviour towards a wide range of social and environmental interventions. The primary means of health promotion occur through developing healthy public policy that addresses the prerequisites of health such as income, housing, food security, employment, and quality working conditions. Furthermore a lack of physical activity is found to cause 3% of all diseases.

Secondly, health promotion of health is for Jessica’s sister Jenna. Jenna is not much age but she is overweight. Overweight is more likely to get disease easily. Jenna also eats junk foods and pop.
