It has been often said that there is a problem in this nation when it comes to gun violence. In recent discussions of gun control, a controversial issue has been whether the laws should strengthen or decline. On one hand, some argue that gun violence can dissipate if stronger gun laws are implemented. From this perspective, the stronger gun laws there are, the more difficult if would be for criminals to get their hands on a gun. Thus, gun violence will decrease. On the other hand, others argue that the American people will be safer if gun laws either stayed the same or subsidized. Gun control is an issue that is important because a gun is a dangerous weapon and if it were to fall into the wrong hands, someone could die. The reason why society is continually debating the issue of gun control is that gun control is an idea, untested and unproven. In short, the answer as to what is the best solution will not be discovered if no one tests out the proposed solutions. Ultimately, what is at stake here is how to save lives. According to pro-gun control believers, controlling who can own firearms and where they can store their firearms is the solution to defeating gun violence. However, anti-gun control believers argue that doing such things hinders upon an American right and on one 's ability to protect oneself. In Creative Solutions, LLC 's, own view, however, is that pro-gun control believers are correct. Managing the eligibility for gun ownership is important to ensure firearms remain out of the hands of criminals and having gun owners place their firearms in a safe within their home is designed to ensure children do not have access to a weapon.
