I agree that the intake of grass is a very nutritious to eat. They get vitamin B17 since it naturally occurs in about 1800 plants. I also agree that it can help with cancer prevention. I would also agree that grass fed beef is way better for people. I don’t agree with, “you are what you eat.” I think another big thing that helps them stay healthy is that they have to work for everything they eat and have. That's what I agree and disagree with.
I agreed with the the healthy eating habits of grass and plants. Most people aren’t getting enough vitamins which could be a huge reason why we are more likely to get cancer. Also they eat the freshest meat possible. That is another huge health benefit they have over us. Grass fed beef is the most healthy
