Mission statement gives an overview of the motive behind establishing an industry and the goals and objectives of that industry. Business strategy means to predict the goals of an organization and to develop methods and ways to achieve those goals.
Google is an organization that provide information to the world in which it can be accessible easily and letting people make use of the information, so the statement of Google reads as following : ’’to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.’’
This mission statement gives an idea of how Google wants to conduct its business, So it always seek to achieve customer satisfaction and made sure that users are getting most accurate data .

Google also offers internship programs for student to exploit their enthusiasm and fresh thinking to develop new technologies as “They favor intelligence over experience”.

Google’s organizational strategy supports its business strategy by building a culture of innovation and creativity. Based on Google’s mission statement we find that it relates to its business strategy by making systems available to all of its employees through its corporate Intranet and also keeping accessible data on all ongoing projects. In addition, Google’s “free day” policy is a kind of strategy which let employees to work on other projects on that day.

It is obvious that the company (Google) is working to obtain higher customer satisfaction by trying to understand their needs and then implementing helpful strategies to reach that satisfaction.
2- Strategic soothsaying:
Google helps users to predict and portend new opportunities by the use of new knowledge. They can find enormous amount of knowledge and information in wide area of their interests.
3- Positioning for speed:
Google has made its strategy to react as fast as possible to new or unexpected needs of its users.
4- Positioning for Surprise:
It's about surprising competitors; Google already had surprised other search engines by its unique distinctive engine! It continuously provide new features to the search engine as a competitive advantages like providing a suggestions or alternative words for better search
