INTRODUCTION

The world is experiencing an outrageous degree of environmental problem due to various forms of climate change. In order to deal with these issues, there are some problems such as global warming, pollution, deforestation, over population, transportation, climate change etc. that needs to be addressed so as to come up with a tangible solution because all these issues have two things in common; first they affect the environment and secondly they are global problems. Dealing with the issue of international or global environmental problems effectively will require us to understand the different complexity of these problems or the threat they pose to the well being of every individual in this world in general. The scarce resources in developing and underdeveloped countries are already facing a serious pressure because of the population boom in these areas. It prompts the rapid agricultural practices through the use of chemicals such as fertilizers, pesticides and insecticides for production of food so as to meet the need of the population and this step is killing the natural nutrients of the soil. The overpopulation the world is facing today is one of the key issues in environmental problem. As the population of a country is growing, so will be the level of waste that country will have. The result of consuming the available resources usually leads to the creation of more plastics. This is a problem with most developed countries that obviously produce too much waste and most of these wastes are dumped in the ocean, the waste dumped in the ocean are threat to aquatic and the human life. Pollutants such as carbon dioxide are gathering in the atmosphere in the form of a thickening cloud, which is stopping the heat of the sun from reaching the earth, and it is making the earth warm up in the process. Even though the local temperature of some local cities around the world changes naturally, the average temperature of these cities has increased over the past 50 years. This change in temperature is the fastest increment ever recorded in history and scientist has warned that if the emissions that are causing this climate change are not controlled, the rate of natural disasters like earthquake will increase and temperatures will continue to rise.
