What I get that Franklin Roosevelt was saying is that the number one right as a human is freedom and I disagree. I feel people should have freedom but when they do something disgraceful to the country or the American name the right should be taken. I feel that if someone murders a president or anyone their freedom should be terminated because freedom is something that people worked and strived for then for criminals to take it and do things that would put a bad name on American is unfair and inhumane. Criminals should be put in jail so they don't keep doing it or go other places to start wars. I very much feel that the death penalty is just too far and could really hurt someone who didn't do anything, like a family member so I feel putting them in jail is way better because they can be restrained. With visiting, they should only be able to see approved family or approved spouse. In document B, I see that the eagle stands for freedom and it's over America so it shows that America has freedom and independence and I agree on that what for many years America had worked for but there should be some exceptions for the life of everyone.
