The Government should create free community colleges because this can promote other people in society to strive for their dream job. If the government creates more free community college this can help induce more high school students, especially student who are in the low class to enroll in college and earn a degree. Having this in place can also help students strive for a higher education. Having a program that allows students to go to school for free can also help encourage more students to attend community colleges instead expensive college. Attending a community college will also allow students to transfer to a four-year college because it would be more affordable for them. In most cases, that part-time job will only pay about half of it. The time a student spends working is not equal to the amount of time spent studying. It is hard for the students to catch up in class and in homework. The more time spent doing homework is less sleeping time, and can really affect a student's ability to get a good grade Additionally, having a job can cause some scheduling conflicts. For instance, a person is who is off the clock ten minutes before the class starts meanwhile your campus is an hour away. Therefore, having free tuition for community colleges, allows students to concentrate, do homework, study, and rest more. Resulting in having a high GPA, and getting scholarships from four-year colleges. Secondly, lower class families will finally be able to go to college. Lower class families will have a hard time finding a job due to not having a diploma or GED. A diploma and GED is substantial into finding a job to support your needs and wants. Although there are also jobs that do hire individuals without them having a diploma or GED, it would still not be enough because day by day things are getting …show more content…

The state can start funding colleges with new computers, books, and lab equipment that can help the learning process more beneficial and enjoyable. As stated above, it simply about if we have more students enrolling in college the more money we can earn to attract even more people. This all comes together because it all equals to everyone earning a degree without struggling to pay for it. As long as we exist there will always be disagreements. Some people argue that the government should not take the course of action in making community colleges free because people may not take it seriously. Some people may believe just because the college they are attending is free they really don’t have to put their all into it. Some people won't take it seriously and start achieving low scores in their classes. Lastly, people will stop attending classes because they’re lazy and automatically think because their college is free they don’t have to put any effort
