As a student of Herzing University I am expected to adhere and to exemplify the P.R.I.C.E of success. They are as follows: Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Caring and Engagement. The core values of the P.R.I.C.E system make up the foundation of humanity and are key to maximizing our human potential. In this paper I am going to outline and provide clear definition on exactly what that entails. 1. Professionalism. Professionalism is the P in the PR.I.C.E framework and the foundation for which we shall build upon in this essay. When you embrace professionalism it means that you will assume responsibility for you own actions. It means you will demonstrate professional and appropriate communication skills. You will present an appropriate professional appearance for the environment. It also means you are able to handle sensitive or difficult issues with grace and confidence.
