When thinking about a country, such as the United States, what do you think of? What is the first thing that pops into your mind? For most, it has something to do with the president, whether the president is leading the country in the right direction, or leading the country down to even more devastation and further chaos, that comes from the hardships of today’s society. As a citizen of the United States, I have witnessed how having a “good” or “bad” presidential candidate can influence the country and change it, for the better, or in some cases, the worst. Yes, I, as well as many other citizens in this country believe that having a strong, trusted president, benefits the citizens and ultimately has a great impact on us. All of these men showed excellency and commanded their country with liberty and justice. Dealing with numerous issues, each man continued on and showed the United States, in addition to other countries what leadership truly was about. By having a bad leader, or in other words a bad president, it can bring problems onto any country. As of now, the citizens of the United States can test to that, by seeing their President, Donald Trump, and by him not knowing how to actually run the country and communicate correctly with our allies in other countries. The whole point of this article is to show that by having a president, it is necessary to have someone who will look like they can bring the country together and be able to lead our armed forces to war, if necessary. The argument to this though, is that technically the president is not the one who can do all of this, but it is made possible with the men and women he has backing him up in Congress. They are the real people in charge, yet the public forgets to recognize them and looks towards the president, when thinking about who is controlling the United
