Classroom is defined as a place especially in a school which classes are conducted. It simply means, through this place the learning process happened. It is where teacher transmits knowledge to students. Teachers do believe that the learning environment must be orderly and peaceful for effective teaching. During my internship, I noticed that this scenario sometimes did not happen. I encountered a lot of classroom problems. Teachers faced a lot of distractions in classroom daily. The common problem encountered by teachers the in classroom was misbehavior among students. Some students often show an ignoring and neglecting behavior as they do not know the importance of education. Uninterested and unmotivated students caused frustration to teachers. To overcome this problem teachers must understand and help these students in achieving their goals by encouraging them. The teacher also encountered students with disrespectful behavior. Teens of this generation show such behavior to their teacher as they see disrespectful attitudes towards teachers in different movies or shows. On the other hand, teacher’s ability to hold an effective classroom management was on the line. Classroom management has the largest effect on students’ achievement. It is very important that there is a balance between teacher actions that provide clear consequences for unacceptable behavior and teacher actions that recognize and reward acceptable behavior. Research showed that the quality of teacher-student relationships is the keystone for all other aspects of classroom management.
