The movie “Doubt” showcased two major characters a Priest who seem fun loving and modern. Then there was a strict nun, Sister Aloysius senior nun. She appears to meddle in every aspect of everyone’s life. The Priest a Father Flynn begins the movie with a sermon about doubt. At this point in the movie one may assume the priest has doubt about the nun. The more the movie plays, viewers realize this is not the case. The movie takes a horrible turn and Sister Aloysius turns out to be the movie’s protagonist. Father Flynn the antagonist who had placed doubt in viewers. Sister Aloysius has her doubts about Father Flynn. She wonders if the other nuns know anything and ask them to watch out for anything suspicious.

Soon after her talk with the nuns Sister James, sees Father Flynn do something quite strange. She reports to Sister Aloysius that Father Flynn placed a t-shirt in the locker of a young man name Donald. The young nun reports Father Flynn gives him special treatment. Sister Aloysius' felt certain that her suspicions have come true. Why does the priest have a t-shirt from a little boy and why is he putting it in his locker? Why, did he call Donald to his office?

She was certain for so long now doubt. Viewers should understand her doubt is not that her gut feeling is wrong. We have proven above that he is hiding an abnormal nature about him. Her doubts are about doing the right thing in the eyes of God. She lied first of all to get him to move, but the harm now is that he got a promotion.
