Do you get bored easily with the same old-same old?
Can I trust you with my secret for never getting bored with your workout routine, even when it's as often as 5 days a week?
I began with aerobics and spent years moving on to each new healthy workout.
In college, the girls in my sorority would spend countless hours jumping, squeezing and feeling the "burn" to Jane Fonda videos. We had a standard date, early in the morning where we would move the coffee table, make some room and sweat it out.
This was followed, post-college, by aerobics classes at the gym where I wore cute little leotards and colored tights. I could admire myself in the mirrored wall while following the movements of an enthusiastic instructor. And if I was lucky I'd meet

After my first child, via an unexpected, painful, emergency C-section, I bought a step. Once again, I found myself, moving the coffee table out of the way, putting the video tape in the VCR and climbing my way to fitness. It took about a year after my son's birth to get back into my pre-baby clothes (plus 7 pounds).
Baby number two, via a less painful moderately expected C-section, I bought a slide. The slide was kind of fun. You put little nylon booties over your sneakers and slid back and forth following the video tape in the VCR. What followed was another year to fit into pre-baby clothes (plus 4 pounds).

So I got some good running shoes and began waking ridiculously early to get a 2 1/2 mile run in before my husband left for work each morning. I read Bob Greene's book and followed Oprah's routine to better fitness. Every day I could be proud that my healthy workout was complete and I could spend the rest of my time with the

Now you have sufficient background to understand my answer to busting the boredom. It's a genuine proven system that works for all ages. I found Martial Arts.
Martial Arts provides the most complete, full bodied, healthy workout on earth. While you work hard to increase your personal fitness, your brain gets a workout as well. As with any new endeavor there is a learning curve to challenge your perseverance. But beyond that, martial arts forces you to engage your brain.
Just like the very popular ballroom dancing, martial arts training requires learning a series of steps put together in an exact order. These are called forms. You begin my learning the basic techniques to ground your base. The mind gets plenty of exercise as you work to remember the next movement of your choreography all while propelling yourself to better fitness levels.
My favorite benefit of martial arts is that it is truly a family activity. Husbands, wives, sons and daughters can learn together in a non-competitive, healthy atmosphere. It's much easier to help kids get healthy if they are having fun. The boredom is busted because the routine changes for every class. Your flexibility and strength will increase dramatically and the confidence boost is
Many studies suggest that as we age, we're constantly losing our stores of dopamine, which is why we need constantly seek out experiences that release dopamine. The best way to increase your brain's dopamine production is exercise. Think of exercise as “movement”. When we think of exercise or working out, we often picture ourselves red-faced, out of breath, and dripping sweat on the floor. It doesn't have to be like this, though. Instead, focus on moving more throughout your day and increase the amount of movement and have a goal for the workout. The evidence is that shows how workouts aren't supposed to be seen a detention of pain but instead as a way to actually make you feel better and make you want to go more which will improve not just your muscles but your happiness. These statistics and facts from websites all agree that workouts or exercising not only make you feel better but don't have to be a chore. I believe that exercise is important and everyone should participate in trying to improve their health.

The creative class is an emerging socioeconomic class in the United States. Richard Florida, a well-decorated Professor, defined this new class of Americans. Richard Florida focused on social and economic theories, which has developed a popular reputation in many cities today where the creative class has been adopted. This new class of Americans emerged after Richard Florida debuted his book The Rise of the Creative Class: And How it’s Transforming Work, Leisure, Community and Everyday Life in 2002. After 2002 postindustrial cities began to move to more economic development.

When I started studying health and nutrition in September 2014, my goals were, to find out the proper foods that a person should consume to lose weight and to find out what type of workouts burn the most fat. In October, 2014, I volunteered to become a fitness instructor at a Herbalife fit camp, where I helped lead out workouts for my local community. My objective was to help out the personal trainers that ran the camp wherever they needed the help at and to learn more about the proper nutrition choices that they offered to the community.

I love the practicing art of Taekwondo and it has literally made my life more interesting. The fighting and self-defense aspect has taught me many life skills such as self-control, self-discipline, respect and commitment. I have learnt so much and I still have much more to learn.
First and foremost, most parents probably take karate and other martial arts as undertakings that encourage violence. Nevertheless, there is little research that submits that kids who learn karate are more hostile; actually, the exact opposite can be true. Karate is a fun art that helps children maintain fitness while similarly developing attention. During karate lessons, children not only workout but they are taught about concentration, respect, and self-control. Kids learn fighting abilities in the perspective of a safe environment that promotes camaraderie and stern attention to the instructor.

Since we are born we have imagination and as we grow up this imagination may increase or decrease. Creativity strongly relies in our imagination. Depending on different circumstances people learn to express their creativity openly while other people close themselves and believe they do not have creativity. Creativity is a natural talent that every single human has. Creativity can be used to solve a complex problem in a different manner or just to find innovative ways to have fun. Creativity is thinking out of the box. Even though creativity cannot be taught from scratch there should be a class that is specific for creativity.

Karate taught me the importance of being dependable. My classmates depended on me to show up time. If someone was late we were all required to do pushups. For example, I was late to class once, and because of that everyone had to do forty pushups. Making everyone do forty pushups is a quick way to make enemies, so I did not want to be late again. Similarly, it taught me to always try my best. If I, or anyone in class, was caught slacking everyone was required to do pushup. Furthermore, I learned to do
