The diagnosis E.F are cirrhosis of the liver, Hepatitis C, hypertension and diabetes. The emergency room visit of E.F. is almost two times a week with mostly complaints of shortness of breath, swelling and hyperkalemia and at times, positive ETOH. The reasons E.F.’s frequent visit to emergency room is his o compliance to his medications, diet regimen and hemodialysis treatments.
