How is it going in Driscoll world? I hope this email finds you well. I am faltered that you are requesting my advice for your new project. According to your email this is a time sensitive project that can be beneficial to your organizaiton. Here are my recommendations: Put your pride aside and consult with Alexssandra, asked her if she can be the team leader for this project and that you along with Kristen and her team will work along with her. Time is of the essence here, and a project of this magnitude needs experience. Kristen has only been in this manager's position for two months and until now has not proven herself. Working alongside Alexssandra she will be able to gain more experience that will prepare her for future projects. Besides that, two of her team members mostly likely will not be able to chip in. You are also concerned as to whether or not she will be able to handle such project. On the other hand, Alexessandra has the ability to communicate with both companies and I have a good feeling that if she were to negotiate for an extra week or so; Hybara would agree. …show more content…

After all, it’s the holiday and some of them had to sacrifice family time. Also, informed them that if the project deadline is met and you are satisfied with the results; you would not hesitate to give them the next project.
