Technology is the universe of tools, means, and methods through which we interact with our environment. Technology causes social change and is itself influenced by culture. Technological advances such as automobiles, airplanes, radio, television, cellular phones, computers, and fax machines have brought major advances changes. The improvements in technology lead to increases in knowledge and information and, hence, to uncovering the means to create better technology.
