To operate successfully in a boundless environment companies try to develop multicultural and inclusive workforce that helps in pooling talent from the global market. According to another research, generally lot of information are provided on organizational practices and its impact on employees however there is lack of data on formal organizational programs used by organizations to implement diversity and its outcome. This strategy will help in preparing a bundle of programs that can be used to implement diversity at workplace[Kul14].
Managers and leaders need to adopt comprehensive planning model to implement diversity, it includes step by step process that can develop an organization culture of diversity; it should not be treated as a policy to be adopted rather it must be accepted as part of organization. First step to this process is assessment, it can be done through employee survey, it helps in understanding present perception regarding diversity within organization, employees acceptance and resistance level; next step is to develop diversity plan with SMART objectives then implementation and evaluation
