Whenever you make your first steps into Disneyland, you’re immediately in shock and awe of the beauty and amazement of the park itself, and sometimes you feel like working there because the wonderful vibes it gives, or the smiles on the children’s face when there, or the amazing rides. But is it really worth working there? For those who don’t know, Disneyland is an amusement park in Anaheim, California made by The Walt Disney Company. Disneyland is a enormous household name, and everyone knows what Disney is, and how massive the amusement parks and the company is. “The Disney Parks were created by a man named Walter Elias Disney (AKA Walt Disney) in 1971. Disney itself is well organized and really knows what to do on keeping the guests happy, and it's no surprise that they make so much off of just the parks alone, which helps them add new additions to the parks themselves, for example, Disneyland is getting its own Star Wars Land in 2019, and it's rumored that they will make a Marvel Land in 2021. Like any other company, they have employees, after all, Walt Disney did say “You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality.”. Disney itself has about 30,000 employees, or cast members, in Disneyland (Working, page 2), you can easily see each of them love their job, and always have a smile on their face. Every employee always have their reasons for working at Disneyland, for some it's the joy of seeing the children’s faces, some work there because of the pride it gives, and then there’s others who just love the parks so much that they know everything about the park and just want to be in its presence of glory. Surprisingly, Disney has a lot of strict rules for their cast members, for example; no tattoos, if a guy has a beard it must be clean cut, no extra jewelry like lip piercings, no brand names on glasses, you must point with 2 fingers since pointing with 1 is considered rude, you must be the exact or close height and body weight in order to be a character, if you are a character you must do the exact same autograph as the character does so that kids can compare their autographs and see how similar it is, the phrase
