When someone thinks of power, two people come to mind: Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin. Both of these men played an enormous role in history as well as the lives of numerous people. There are several differences and similarities between both powerful men. The two men were the most influential people that change the manner of how people portray others. Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin were part of history in various ways that achieved dictatorship which lead them to be authoritative and dominant in the world that changed during their time. In comparing the two, Hitler and Stalin were both dictatorships in the World Wars. Although in World War I, Hitler and Stalin were against each other within the alliances they were in. However, in World War II, the two powerful men start playing a major role in the world. As nobody really knew what was happening around us in the terrible war, Stalin and Hitler were influencing people and gaining allegiance from their countries. The ideologies were diverse in various ways other than they both involved dictatorship. Nazism is when Hitler went after all of the Jews how communism is when Stalin took complete power over a country and ruled the without restrictions. When dealing with the ideologies, they both dealt with an abundance of mass destruction and violence within the country of the idea. Many people today are still dealing and learning from the World Wars; no one will ever know a real logical reason for what happened.
