Where it’s dark, constant, and feels never ending or worse feels like you’ll never get out? The claustrophobia about life that you don’t realize until you are too trapped underneath the daily grind is more common that some may think. I’ve felt it myself a time or two and I’m just starting out in life. I’ve always had goals set since I was a little girl, but over time things change and it starts getting stressful. You have to mentally let go on that horse because if you don’t, if you have stress or fear in your mind, your horse will have it too. They sense what you feel, their mind focuses on you and where you want them to go, but if you are a million miles away in your own thoughts, that 's when they will lose focus and become jumpy. Trust is the hardest mindset when it comes to people but that 's all a horse is made up of. They are fight or flight animals, but under saddle they have to trust you to protect them, just as much as you
