As I look into seeking entry into the graduate program of family nurse practice, I ask myself; what are my professional goals? This question has caused me to explore why I am looking to further advance my education as I continue to foster my nursing career. I pursued a career in nursing because I have a passion for helping people. The nursing career helps and gives me the fulfillment of helping those in need. There are different levels in the nursing field , and I want to be well rounded and trained as a family nurse practitioner. Furthermore, it also means having skills in place that will be pertinent and compliant in the vast and diverse healthcare setting.
