1. What is the organization culture / DNA of "The Company Men"? How is their organizations behaviour developed to be such a culture?
The organization culture of “The Company Men” is that no one is safe and everyone is replaceable. They can get fired anytime, anywhere no matter if they’re loyal to the company or family/friends with the company’s owner. They are planning to build a new headquarter, therefore deep cuts are made to increase profits and also to satisfy stockholders.

He is the company’s head, therefore what he says goes. He makes the decisions and everyone must follow his decisions. His decision in this movie was to build a new headquarter, therefore he had to downsize the company because he wants to make sure that profits are not affected and to satisfy stockholders. Secondly, the leader is Gene Mc Clary is one of the division’s CEO of GTX. He is the softer person as he is always trying to protect employees from getting laid off when the organization is selecting the employees who should be fired. Unfortunately, he himself gets laid off from the company. The next leader would be Bobby Walker, a white collar, corporate ladder-climbing employee with a six-figure salary successful business man and also husband to Maggie and father to two children. He was suddenly fired from the company and refused to believe it. He was a good family man and even though he was stubborn at first to sell of his house and car but he did it anyway to protect his family.
