The journey to a clean and healthy lifestyle isn’t just about what you put into your body; it is also about how you treat your body on the outside. Essential oils may seem like a new aged fad at first glance, but using essential oils to treat different ailments is an age old practice. It just happens to have grown in popularity lately. Essential oils are both a beneficial and appealing to those of us who are looking to avoid the processed and additive filled products from the big box stores.
