As we can see and experience technology is overcoming everything we do in our lives. Technology is literally everywhere and anywhere. In the past few years technology has been developing gradually which is a really good thing. Technology provides the facilities which make our day today life easier. For Example few years ago, there weren’t that many cable facilities so it was expensive to take the advantage of the facilities. However nowadays companies like RCN, AT&T, Dish Network provides cheaper and easier access to receive entertainment and news from all over the world. Moreover, they have various leadership programs for their employees so that they can be fully trained and possess some leadership traits while working at an attractive work environment with other hardworking employees who are competing to be the best. Furthermore, Comcast recently organized an entrepreneurship program which allowed individual to bring unique, innovative technology to Comcast and help them to fund businesses. Moreover, Comcast creates an attractive work environment and reward their employees’ dedication by offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, professional training, and opportunities to build leadership skills (“Develop And Engage Employees” 29) . As of 2015, Comcast invested around $190 million in employee training. They currently offer around 100 leadership development and training opportunities for their employee group.
