They have over 678 stores in the United States.The person who first started it his name is Wayland H.Cato Jr.In 1922 he got married to his wife named Annie Derham.After working for 23 years and the Company operated its women's fashion specialty retail stores in 33 states as of January 28, 2017, principally in the southeastern of the United States.Another thing about Cato Fashions would be that The founder of it has a school named after him that is in Charlotte,North Carolina.It is called the Wayland H. Cato, Jr. School of Education that has over a million members.
