Per Reporter: The children's mother (Annie) left the children on last night with a guy (unknown) to babysit while she goes to the club. Annie did not take the baby (Ferrante) no diapers, no milk, no wipes, no bottle not anything. Ferrante's sister (Ciarra) was caught coming out of an abandoned house pulling up her clothes up on last night as well. This was around 8:00 pm. Ciarra was with three boys in the abandoned house. It is believed that Ciarra was having sex with the boys. One of the boy's name is Coon, and other two boys name are unknown. One of the boy video Ciarra with Coon's phone. The reporter did not have any details about Ciarra having sex. The reporter did make a report to the police department in Vicksburg, MS. Coon's mother (Andrea) …show more content…

Annie was living with Loretta. Loretta had put Annie out of the home. It is unknown when this occurred. The guy had brought the children over to her house. The reporter bought Ferrante a gallon of milk, wipes, and bottles. The reporter changes Ferrante's clothes as well. Later, this afternoon Annie showed at Loretta's home. Annie did not want to talk with the reporter about what had happened on last night. Ciarra was taken to her folks' house (unknown). It is unknown where is Ciarra and Ferrante's sister (Ja'Vonna). Ferrante is now with Annie sitting underneath a tree on her hips. Ferrante has no sock on. Ferrante has a head cold. Ferrante may have walking pneumonia. Annie is drinking corona, smoking marijuana while holding Ferrante on her hip. The children have access to the corona and the marijuana. It is unknown of the marijuana is being manufactured in the home. Annie has not taken Ferrante to the doctor for his head cold, because she allowed his Medicaid to get cut off all the children are no longer on Medicaid. Annie is too drunk to reapply for the children's Medicaid. The reporter took Annie to reapply for the children's Medicaid on Friday. Annie has to go back Tuesday for the children's Medicaid to be cut back
