Biologically and emotionally, our hearts are more complex than many of us are aware of. They pump blood throughout our body, let us feel emotions, and is unrestrained to a multitude of possibilities. Brian Doyle in his essay “Joyas Voladoras” states “so much held in a heart in a lifetime.
