Biography of Adolf Hitler
On April 20, 1889 in Austrian border town of Braunau, Adolf Hitler was
born. He was born to his parents Alois Schickelgruber and Klara
Hitler. There have been many rumours that his father, Alois was
ironically half Jewish. His father was very strict but comfortable and
Adolfs mother showered him we affection. Three of his siblings had
died at an early age but Adolf survived.
Hitler's family moved several times during his childhood. They lived
across from a Benedictine monastery for sixth months. The monastery
coat of arms featured a swastika that would later become the symbol of
his Nazi party. As a boy Adolfs dream was to enter priesthood.
Hitler's talents as an artist soon emerged and he did well enough to
be accepted into the Technical/Scientific Realschule. Hitler enrolled
in the Realschule but did not do very well there.
In 1903 his father died after suffering from a lung haemorrhage,
Hitler broke down in tears when he saw his fathers body but it was now
an opportunity for Hitler. As now his fathers harsh words couldn't
stop becoming an artist and he was also the head of the household
which was very respectable at that time.
Three years later Hitler went off to Vienna but was rejected from the
prestigious art school. This was at the same time as his mother death
where Hitler was distraught and the doctor described as the most
emotional reaction he had ever seen.
Hitler spent the next few years in Vienna living on orphan's pension

and was living in homeless shelters and sleeping in bars. Ironically
at this time, Hitler's...

... The nazi party vote went up dramatically after the Wall Street crash
in 1929. It went up to 18% in 1930 and in 1932 the nazi party gained
30% of the vote. This forced a political runoff and a deal was made
with Hitler to make him chancellor in exchange for his political
support. He was appointed as chancellor in 1933.
During this time Hitler had other personal problems. Hitler rented out
a cottage in the summer of 1928 it was his first real home. Staying
with him was his niece Geli who he fell in love with and she was
fascinated by an older man like Hitler who was now becoming famous.
Hitler became very possessive of Geli and she couldn't do anything
without his permission. By 1931 Geli had had enough of Hitler's
possessiveness and shot herself in the heart. Hitler was devastated
and was never the same person again.
Adolf Hitler was born April 20, 1889 to Klara and Alois Hitler in a small town in Austria called Braunau. Braunau was located about 65 miles from munich and about 30 miles north from Salzburg. Adolf grew up not having as much money as they would like but still made it work with what they had. Adolfs dad, Alois Hitler was a mid- level customs worker while his mom did not have a job so she could take care of the children. He had five siblings, but only one survived childhood due to illnesses and lack of medicine. Paula Hitler, his sister was the only sibling that survived childhood while Gustav, Ida, Otto, and Edmund. Besides them, he did have a stepbrother named Alois and step-sister named Angela from his father's previous marriages. His father had two marriages before Adolf was born. Adolf’s father was fifty-one when he had him, and died when Adolf was only thirteen. Adolfs mom, Klara had died of breast cancer in 1908 (Early Years).

1. Review the evidence concerning who voted for the Nazis in the elections in Germany of 1928 to 1933. Consider the different groups in society and the reasons why they may, or may not, have voted for the Nazis. Since 1928 the Nazi leaders had deliberately directed their propaganda at rural and middle class/lower middle class audiences. This therefore made it obvious that they were very likely to vote for the Nazis. Also, it has been estimated that the party attracting new voters and persuading many people who had not previously participated in elections to support their cause won nearly half of the Nazi seats.
From the depths of the mirror, a corpse was contemplating me. The look in his eyes as he gazed at me has never left me." (CXV) Elie has changed in many ways, but he has changed more through losing his faith in God, getting closer to his father, then having to lose him to death, and becoming a walking corpse. Hitler had cost him his religion, his father, and his health.
I feel the unprecedented rise of the Nazi party was partially due to the circumstances in Germany after the collapse of the Weimar Republic. Many people in Germany were living in crippling poverty and the strain of the and the country was trying to find stability after World War. Moreover, many people were still angry about the way Germany was treated by the allies in the treaty of Versailles. Hitler and his Nazis seized the opportunity and presented a united and organised front that promised to make Germany a great and powerful nation once more. By blaming Jewish people and other sections of society as for all the country’s problems Hitler united the Germans by giving them someone to blame. This lead to the youth of Germany being caught in the middle of following the Nazi cause or opposing it.

The other leaders that helped Hitler also killed their self’s so they didn’t have to do the time in prison for what they did. The American troops and the other troops found the bodies of these leaders and burned them to make sure they were long gone. But it wasn’t in a few days that the news that Hitler was dead came out to the public.
In the end of 1935 the policy of Nazis took a big turn instead of
