The rights that the first amendment gives that I would choose is the freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and freedom of assembly. These are the best rights given in the first amendment in my opinion. These help america the most so that there is less conflict. First, the freedom of speech. This allows people of america to stand up and say what they want to say. People can be more vocal and change america with the way of their words. Making this a right of america made a big impact. Without it we would just be a one man country with only our president doing the talking, which would take us way down. Everyone gets a chance to be heard. Second, freedom of religion.
