However, the best way to respond to conflict is to keep a positive mindset because of the health benefits that go along with the positivity. Furthermore, a happy mindset can affect other people as well as help people reach their goal. To start off, keeping a positive mindset can help people on an emotional scale during a very emotional and mentally tough time. By having a bright attitude, they can continue to stay motivated and can continue to stay resilient with the energy they preserve by having a rosy outlook.
