Do you believe athletes in the United States get overpaid? Aaron Rodgers is a professional NFL quarterback he gets paid around 30 million dollars a year. Many believe it’s unfair that he gets paid so much money for just playing a sport. However, over the years Aaron Rodgers has improved his athletic skills which makes him very valuable in the National Football League business industry. To begin with, U.S. athletes earn millions of dollars each year for many reasons. The athletes are professionals they have spent most of their lives playing a unique sport. This is basically saying that an athlete may never know if he or she are ever going to see their job and family in the future due to a severe injury happening during a practice or even a game. If I were to be in their position I would want to be paid so much money because the medical expenses can cause thousands of dollars and paying a visit to physical therapists to.

Don’t get me wrong, but paying an athlete $ 13.5 million for a single year is just overpriced.”(DailyHerald.com) What this is trying to say is that athletes get even paid so much money than what a professional and well educated person does. To me this is unfair because the people that studied for years earn less, but athletes also worked so much to get to where they are now. Many agree that athletes get overpaid while others believe they don’t I don’t stand on any side I am neutral towards this
